James J. Bouchard, III, is an attorney with Ray Hogge & Associates. His practice focuses on advising public and private sector employers in employment and workers' compensation matters, and in representing management in federal and state litigation, administrative proceedings, and workers' compensation claims. He is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys, the Employment Law Section of the Virginia Bar Association, and the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association. Jim is a graduate of Purdue University and of the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana, and is licensed to practice law in Indiana as well as in Virginia.
